GreenFar Gardening LTD provides professional garden maintenance and soft landscaping services across Crawley and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

All work is carried out as discussed and agreed during the quotation or booking stage. If additional work is requested or required once the job has started, a revised quote or invoice may be issued. GreenFar Gardening LTD reserves the right to refuse any service that is unsafe, unsuitable or outside our scope of work.

All quotations are free and valid for 14 days. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. If conditions differ upon arrival, such as excessive overgrowth, increased waste volume or restricted access, the final price may be adjusted accordingly. Unless otherwise stated, prices include labour and standard green waste removal.

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card and cash upon request. Late payments may result in an administration fee. GreenFar Gardening LTD retains ownership of supplied materials until payment is received in full.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a charge of 25% of the quoted amount may apply to cover lost time and travel. In cases of adverse weather such as heavy rain, storms or frost, we may need to reschedule work to ensure safety and quality. Notice will be provided as early as possible.

On rare occasions, GreenFar Gardening LTD may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to personal or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a new appointment time that suits you. No charges will apply when the cancellation is made by us.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property. Gates should be unlocked, pets secured and any obstacles removed before our arrival. If we are unable to access the property upon arrival, a call-out fee of £50 will be charged to cover travel and time costs.

Our team follows UK Health and Safety standards at all times. We use professional, well-maintained tools and equipment. Clients must keep a safe distance while machinery is in use.

Green waste is removed and disposed of responsibly in line with environmental guidelines. Additional charges may apply for large amounts of waste, soil, rubble, timber, furniture or other non-organic materials. If you prefer to dispose of the waste yourself, please inform us before work begins.

We take great care while working on your property. However, GreenFar Gardening LTD cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, fences, paving, fixtures or other structures. Our public liability insurance covers accidental damage directly caused by our work. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.

GreenFar Gardening LTD may take before and after photos of the work carried out for documentation purposes. These photos will only be used for marketing including our website, portfolio, Google profile or social media with the client’s prior consent. We will never display house numbers, personal information or any details that could identify the client’s property.

Outdoor work is dependent on weather conditions. If conditions are unsafe or likely to affect the quality of the service, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. We aim to maintain high-quality standards and excellent customer satisfaction.

We collect and process only the information necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you. Your personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

GreenFar Gardening LTD is fully insured for gardening and landscaping services. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. GreenFar Gardening LTD is registered in England and Wales with company number 16755839. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
